Le Tchier de Boree is an artwork completed in 2008 by the sculptors Serge Boyer and Fabienne Verse. It comprises seventy stones, sculpted irregularly but forming 12 triangles and 7 corridors.  It symbolises a mystical connection between time, mythology and the cosmos.  It overlooks the village of Borea in the rugged Ardeche region south of the Auvergne.

TECHNICAL NOTES

The image was taken with a tripod-mounted Phase One 645 Camera at ISO 35. Exposure of 1/6th second and aperture F20.   28mm Schneider Kreuznach wide angle lens.   The image was captured on a Phase One IQ180 80 megapixel digital back.
