The area around Gruyeres, in South-West Switzerland, is celebrated not simply for its cheese, but because it is a wonderland of traditional Swiss farms. This house is in the village of Les Moulins, south of Gruyere.
TECHNICAL NOTES
The image was taken with a tripod-mounted Phase One 645 Camera at ISO 35. The aperture was F11 with an exposure of 1.3 seconds. 80 mm Schneider-Kreuznach lens with leaf shutter. The image was captured on a Phase One IQ180 80 megapixel digital back. The verticals have been corrected and shadow areas have been opened using Capture One.
